Before your session I'll ask for your birth date, time, and place. These are the inputs for the constitutional analysis. Rather than asking how you see yourself, BaZi starts from something fixed—your position in a set of natural cycles at the moment of your birth.

I spend several hours with that data before we meet. The written analysis covers your constitutional patterns, characteristic strengths and stress responses, relational dynamics, and the current period you're moving through. Leadership-focused engagements also address professional relationships, organizational dynamics, and a leadership development roadmap. You'll receive the analysis before the session so you've had time to sit with it.

The session itself is a conversation, not a presentation. We'll work through what landed, what didn't, what needs more context, and what's most relevant to what you're actually navigating right now.

I won't tell you what's going to happen or what decision to make. What I can offer is a precise account of how you're constitutionally built, what patterns are likely to recur, and what the current period is asking of you. My goal is to make the decisions you face clearer without making them for you.
