Professionals seeking in-depth insights to support a path of professional development will benefit from the Leadership Development Audit.
Foundational Discovery — $400 A written analysis of your constitutional patterns, characteristic strengths and stress responses, relational dynamics, and the current period you're moving through. Delivered before a 60-minute session where we work through what's most relevant to what you're actually navigating right now.
Focused Alignment — $250 A 60-minute session for returning clients. Seasonal context, inquiry-based, focused on what's immediately in front of you.
Annual Subscription — $875 One Foundational Discovery and three Focused Alignment sessions across a 12-month period. For people who want to stay current with insights across the seasonal patterns of the year with ongoing constitutional context.
Leadership Development Audit— $1,500 An extended written analysis — covering personality, relational patterns, professional dynamics, and a leadership development roadmap — paired with a 90-minute strategic audit. The natural entry point for executive-level work and ongoing advisory relationships.
Strategic Advisory — $500 per session Real-time decision support and implementation of the leadership framework. For returning clients who have completed a Leadership Development Audit.
Monthly Retainer — $1,500 per month Two sessions per month, asynchronous access between sessions, and an annual cycle briefing. For people engaged in sustained work over time. Requires a prior Leadership Development Audit.
